The South Hall of Horizon is located on the podium of 1 Corporate Avenue, an office building that is currently under construction and planned for opening in 2022. Given the South Hall of Horizon’s proximity to the office buildings which together encompass a total GFA of approximately 160,000 sqm, we believe that these properties are well positioned to capture the customer traffic derived from the office tenants. We have a ROFO to acquire 1 Corporate Avenue, which we believe can offer further synergies to the South Hall and North Hall of Horizon.
