We are committed to integrating sustainability principles into our operations, which enable us to create value for all stakeholders while balancing financial profitability, social and environmental impact, as well as the wellbeing of our customers and employees.

Our parent, Shui On Land, has integrated sustainability principles into its business since its listing in 2006, and our commitment to these principles enable us to create value for all stakeholders while balancing financial profitability, social and environmental impact, as well as the wellbeing of our customers and our employees.

As at 30 June 2021, approximately 83%, or 1.7 million sqm, of our total GFA has received external sustainability and/or health certification.
To achieve this vision, we have crafted the 2030 5C SD Strategy, by which our strategic priorities, known as the “the 5Cs”: Clean, Community, Culture, Care and Corporate Governance will point the way for the Group’s sustainable future toward 2030 and beyond.
